An Introduction and Overview

Welcome to the OsoLeanPlan

It’s not just about the pounds you lose.

It’s about losing fat.

It’s about tossing out your scale and trusting your tape measure.

It’s about dropping a dress size, tightening your belt another notch or getting into that perfect pair of jeans.

Or maybe it’s about just maintaining your current body size.

No matter what your goal, it all comes down to living a healthier lifestyle.

OsoLeanpowder is the shape of things to come. It’s all natural and mixes with the foods and beverages you already enjoy. Best of all, OsoLeanpowder has been shown in a clinical study to help target fat loss and spare lean muscle when combined with the OsoLeanPlan and proper exercise.*

Here’s what people already on the OsoLeanPlan are saying:

“I used OsoLeanpowder and in two months’ time lost a whole pant size. I don’t even know how many inches I lost. I don’t have to lie on my back to zip up my jeans any more. That, for me, is just so awesome!“ **

—Anne McCann

“It’s so much fun when people that haven’t seen me for months have said, ‘Ray, what happened to you?’ And I’ve been saying, ‘I am losing fat.’ I am taking a product 20 minutes before breakfast, 20 minutes before my evening meal, and the fat is just melting away. I am shaping myself to be a whole new, different person.“

The correct Pro-Biotic flora, in the bowel is of PRIME IMPORTANCE because it helps break down the food we eat and will keep the bowel in a hygienic condition. Nature’s Boost has 13 strains of the Lactobacillus, the complete family in each serving.

A healthy and happy bowel increases the overall up-take of life giving nutrients. In a healthy bowel many good services are performed such as synthesizing of certain Vitamins: Biotin, Choline, Folic Acid, nositol, Para Amino Benzoic Acid (PABA), Vitamin B2, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin K. (your clotting, non-hemorrhagic factor).

FACTORS IN COLON HEALTH:
The hectic pace of life we lead and the types of food we eat affect the Pro-Biotic floral health of the bowel. People with diets high in refined foods (like sugar and white flour) and low fibre foods (like meat, eggs and dairy products) affect the health of their bowels. The quality of the water we consume is an important factor in the quality of the bowels health. Chlorinated water kills Pro-Biotic flora of the bowel.

Some yogurts only have acidophilus present. It is important that the complete Pro-Biotic family is present. Most people do not realize this family works in harmony only if the complete family is present. Some need nutrients that are generated by others in order to perform their tasks. More importantly each of their food sources need to be present so that the bacteria will live in harmony with one another and not kill each other off to protect their food source.

WHY DO WE GET SICK SO OFTEN?
When the ecology of the human gastrointestinal tract becomes disrupted, beneficial micro-organisms can no longer flourish in needed numbers and proper balances. What's more, harmful toxin producing bacteria and fungi begin to take over, further changing the ecology of the gastrointestinal tract.

We've all heard the saying "Death Begins in the Colon", then it should come as no surprise that many alternative thinking doctors believe that a disrupted ecology of the gastrointestinal tract may be at the heart of up to ninety percent of all known human illness and disease.

Some of Life's daily activities that may reduce, or even kill good bacteria:

• Anti-biotics, medically scripted and often found in our food chain
• Preservatives
• Pesticides
• Stress
• Chlorine
• Fluoride
• Birth control pill
• Steroids
• Hormonal medication
• Tea/Coffee
• Radiation

Common warning signs of bacterial imbalances:

• Often associated with chronic Candida Albicans/yeast Infections
• Acne, eczema skin, foot and hand nail fungus infections
• Menstrual and or menopausal negative symptoms
• Bad breath (halitosis), gum disease and dental problems
• Allergies and food sensitivities
• Fatigue and poor concentration
• Constipation or diarrhoea
• Gut disorders, acid reflux and digestive problems
• Night sweats, poor sleeping habits
• Stiff and painful joints
• Weightloss difficulties, sugar and high G.I. (Glycemic Indexed) food cravings
• Compromised immune system, frequent cold and flu and/or infections

Research shows that Lactobacilli bacteria may help to:

• Reduce high blood pressure
• Retard and help suppress/control bad yeast infections such as Candida Albicans
• Support and strengthen the immune system
• Increase the absorption and up-take of the body’s nutrients such as calcium
• Reduce LDL (Low Density Lipids) in the blood
• Normalise colon function and hence help manage constipation and diarrhoea
• Digestive processes, in breaking down proteins, fats and carbohydrates
• Manufacture B complex vitamins, including niacin, folic acid, riboflavin and B 12
• Produces anti-biotics (anti-bacterial agents)
• Controls pH levels in the intestines
• Reduces bad bacteria in the digestive tract
• Detoxifies poisonous materials found in the diet
• Detoxifies dangerous chemicals such as nitrates, found in foods.

PROBIOTICS - THE WAY OF THE FUTURE

Probiotic is a relatively new term that has been around for the last 20 years or so and is recently becoming a 'buzz' word. It is about using 'good' bacteria to promote health.

Probiotic foods go a long way to helping an individual stay healthy.

The probiotic effects have been noted to include:

· a stronger immune system,

·better digestion and assimilation of food,

· vitamin and mineral uptake improvement,

· less infections,

·better sleep patterns and energy levels

Whilst probiotic foods can't deliver all these improvements overnight, many scientific studies have shown that over time these are some of the benefits. Other scientific studies show that a lack of bacteria in the intestines or a germ free state leads to a weak immune system and low disease resistance. Populating your intestine with lots of 'good' bacteria means that there is less area for disease causing bacteria to take hold. Probiotic bacteria also produce chemicals that ward off disease causing bacteria. So having lots of these healthy bacteria means that you are guarding against inevitable invaders.

Today there are a lot of reasons to include probiotic foods in your diet regularly. Our water and food supply is geared to killing bacteria and this affects your intestinal bacteria. Chlorinated water, added preservatives and pasteurization aim to kill all bacteria. Our modern farming techniques also kill off bacteria in the soil and on our fresh foods. The prevalent use of pesticides, herbicides and fertilisers has changed the ecology of the soil. Our salads, fruits and vegetables used to be probiotic themselves but they are no longer sources of 'good' bacteria.

Also, we eat many foods that do not encourage intestinal health, coffee, sodas, cakes, biscuits, breads, confectionary, deep-fried and overly processed foods are not friendly foods for our 'good' gut flora. Studies have also shown that as we age our populations of probiotic bacteria are reduced.

The good news is that this can be easily corrected over time. Including good sources of probiotic bacteria in the diet is easy. Eat more cultured foods; include NATURE’S BOOSTa powerful 13 strains of pro-biotics in your diet, it’s an excellent probiotic food and can be consumed or added to foods in lots of different ways. Add some to your drinking water every day to keep the numbers up. We do loose bacteria daily in our stools, replenishing your probiotics is something that is needed on a daily basis. Try to avoid foods that do not support probiotics, these foods will encourage the populations of pathogenic bacteria and make them stronger which ultimately means you get weaker.

Other studies show that there are benefits just from the DNA of probiotic bacteria itself and that maybe we don't need the whole live bacteria. However, when it comes to probiotics there is so much evidence pointing to the benefits of the whole probiotic process and its tremendous impact on food and the digestive benefits. The bacteria themselves play an immensely important role in breaking down the food itself for us to digest it properly.

To have them in pills or just the DNA is short changing yourself the rest of the benefits of the whole probiotics.

Each and every body can benefit from including probiotic foods in their diet. Whatever your state of health, these foods support health and immunity. No one would argue that fruit and vegetables are not good for you but what we have missed so far is that we need microorganisms to help us. They are not our enemies, we just need the right ones, and these little animalcules are our friends. More and more we will find that probiotics continue to be the 'buzz' word, they are the way of the future.
